Terms & Conditions

This page outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all participants of Saady Consulting's training programs, whether delivered online or in person. By registering for any of our programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants ("Customers") enrolling in any training course provided by Saady Consulting ("Provider").



2. Registration and Confirmation
2.1. Registration is completed by filling out the official application form or by confirming participation via email. In both cases, acceptance of these terms is implied.

2.2. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your registration.

2.3. A provisional booking is considered valid upon registration, but participation is confirmed only after full payment is received and the course is officially confirmed.

2.4. Courses are confirmed upon reaching the minimum required number of participants. Final confirmation is sent no later than 14 days before the course start date.

2.5. Upon registration, the Customer agrees to receive email communications from Saady Consulting, including updates, promotions, and program-related information. You may unsubscribe at any time.



3. Fees and Payment

3.1. The contract becomes binding once the confirmation email is sent.

3.2. Full payment must be made by the due date specified in the invoice. Payment is considered complete once funds are received by Saady Consulting.

3.3. Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, or any personal expenses unless otherwise stated.

3.4. Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be indicated on the invoice.

3.5. Any bank or transfer fees must be borne by the participant.



4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1. Cancellations must be submitted via email to the official support contact.

4.2. Refunds:

100% refund (minus $25 admin fee) for cancellations made 60+ days before course start.50% refund for cancellations made between 30–59 days.No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start or for non-attendance.

4.3. Registrations may be transferred to a future course of the same category if requested no later than 30 days before the course start date.

4.4. If a course is canceled by Saady Consulting, participants may choose between a full refund or transferring to a future session.

4.5. Saady Consulting is not liable for additional costs due to cancellation for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, speaker illness, etc.).



5. Data Use and Privacy
5.1. By registering, the Customer consents to the collection and use of personal data for course administration and communication purposes.

5.2. Data will be securely stored and not shared with third parties, except as required by law or logistics (e.g., shipping course materials).

5.3. Customers can request data updates or deletions by contacting support.



6. Intellectual Property & Conduct

6.1. All course content, including videos, documents, templates, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Saady Consulting.

6.2. Customers are not permitted to record, reproduce, redistribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6.3. Participation in sessions implies consent for Saady Consulting to use screenshots, video clips, or testimonials for marketing, unless otherwise requested in writing before the course begins.

6.4. Clients may not share login access or distribute purchased materials to third parties.



7. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the location of Saady Consulting’s primary operation, and governed by applicable commercial laws.
