Refund Policy – Saady ConAt Saady Consulting, we value transparency and clarity in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which participants may request a refund for training programs, services, or digital products.
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are available under the following conditions:

2. Refund Schedule for Training Programs
100% Refund: Available if the cancellation request is received 60 days or more before the course start date. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted.50% Refund: Available if the cancellation request is received between 30–59 days before the course start date.No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the course start date or in the case of non-attendance are not eligible for any refund.
3. Digital Products & Online Materials
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for downloadable materials (e.g., templates, video recordings) are not provided once access has been granted or files downloaded, except in the case of technical failure that prevents access.
4. Rescheduling or Transfers Customers
may request to transfer their registration to a future course of the same category, free of charge, if the request is submitted no later than 30 days before the course start date.
5. Course Cancellations by Saady Consulting If a course is canceled by us due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a full refund, orYou may choose to transfer your registration to a future session at no additional cost.
Saady Consulting is not liable for any personal costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) incurred by participants.
6. Refund Processing Approved
